In the belief of continuous growth and forward integration,the mission continues where Sharif Recycling Group decided tp serve diverse customer needs. As a result, launched the complete integrated automobile battery recycling plant for the production of refined pure lead and lead alloys in conformity to standards of ISO-9001,14001 & 18000
Currently the plant has capacity to process
- 18,000 TPA used batteries.
- 12,000 TPA Smelting to produce lead bullion.
- 15,000 TPA refining to produce Pure and lead antimonial alloys
The plant layout consists of following facilities
- Complete Battery crushing and separation plant.
- 4 No’s Rotary furnaces for smelting to produce lead bullion.
- 2 No’s of 60 MT batch capacity & 1 No of 25 MT batch capacity Kettle furnaces for refining and alloying to produce pure and alloyed lead as per spec sheets attached.
- Fully Automatic casting machine and robot stacking machine
- Separate PP crushing section to produce PP small chips.
- Q8 Quantum Megallan Spectrometer from Bruker.
